It is so important to take time for yourself and that’s OK. It is a process, slow down, only you can heal yourself. Acceptance is a small quiet room, don't stop or control let it pass, having feelings make you human if its on humanitarian ground.

Its not necessary or written anywhere that people should understand you and your path, they are not bound to understand the path is for you not for them.

You just cant cry it away nobody will protect you from your suffering you cannot consume it away, perish it away, it just there and you have to hold on, you have to encounter it ,go through it, love it, move on and be better for it.
